Ravi Patel Scores an A in maths A level at 12!
Leicester Montessori Sixth Form College is delighted to announce the outstanding achievements of Ravi Patel, who at only the age of 12 years old has gained a grade 'A' in A Level Mathematics.

Ravi  demonstrated a natural aptitude to Mathematics at an early age and therefore embarked on an accelerated programme, completing GCSE mathematics at the age of 10 years old and gaining an A*.

Leicester Montessori School is proud of its accelerated learning programme, with 5 pupils having experienced this opportunity in Mathematics in recent years.  If a pupil shows an aptitude, and a desir to do so, accelerated through a GCSE programme to sit their examination at an early age; if successful, the pupil may then work towards their A Level.

Ravi now eagerly anticipates his studies in his ten other GCSE subjects commencing in September.  He continues a family history of excellence in his studies with older sister Rupal completing her GCSEs and A Levels within the same time frame. She too attended Leicester Montessori School from a young age. Rupal will be studying Medicine at Manchester University from September.

Leicester Montessori School is proud to acknowledge such academic talent in pupils, and believe that, with the correct method of teaching, these pupils can reach a great level of success, both academically and personally.

Once again, Credit is due Miss Newman, Ravi's Mathematics teacher, who, once again, has guided a youngster to academic glory.

Ravi has achieved his high ambitions to date and we are confident that he will proceed to achieve success in the future.
